  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.

The house sold in nine days!! I definitely made the right choice choosing Karlene Wanke as my realtor. Karlene was great to work with! It was a pleasure to get to know her. She truly cares about her clients! She sold the house in nine days! It was hard to sell my childhood home after my Dad's passing but Karlene did everything thing she could to make it easier for me. Karlene started out as my realtor but became my friend. It doesn't get any better than that. If you want a fabulous realtor then Karlene should be your choice! Sure am glad that I chose Karlene. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants top notch service! From start to finish it was a great experience. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much for everything.

As you can see from the survey, I gave Karlene Wanke all "Excellent's". From the first time I met her at my house and throughout the process of the sale, she performed above and beyond the call of duty. I liked that she constantly kept me updated on any and all aspects of the sale, did a lot of comparisons of other properties for sale in the area, especially the condos in my complex, and always followed up very quickly as the sale progressed. Karlene has a wonderful personality for real estate, is a very caring person both for the seller and potential buyer, and will do so much to help the seller and buyer understand the advantages and disadvantages of the process. I have sold houses in the past, and she was, by far, the best agent to work with. She always has your best interest at heart. Thank you, Karlene, for the many hours of time and your special thoughtfulness in the complete selling process.

Karlene was the perfect agent for first-time home buyers like us. She was approachable, patient, and her values matched well with ours. She always took the time to answer our questions; I cannot emphasize enough how important and invaluable this was during our home buying process. Karlene really took the time to listen to our wants and priorities. She really took our wish list to heart, and did not waste our time looking at houses we were not interested in. Great experience. I would be happy to recommend Karlene to others looking for a home in the area.

Karlene did a great job! Karlene kept on top of everything to keep things moving along!

Karlene not only sold my home quickly but helped me to purchase a new home within my budget for a good price. She walked me through all the steps and communicated things effectively and always with a smile.

~ Ruth A. Muskego, WI

Karlene made my home buying experience seamless. She continually went above and beyond to assist my family's search for a home. She always showed integrity and honesty, delivering on her word and working with my hectic schedule. I could not have asked for a better agent. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

~ Ben W. St. Francis, WI

Working with Karlene was the best decision I made in the home buying process! I stumbled across Karlene when I called about one of her listings. I was very impressed on her follow-through and attention to details. When she says she will do something, she does it right away. She is kind, honest, personable, and flexible. We didn't have a specific area to move and she took us all over the Milwaukee area without batting an eyelash-even if it meant traveling through rush hour at the worst times possible! We even found out(after the fact)that she took us to view homes on her birthday! Talk about dedication! She really wanted to make sure we found the home that fit the needs of our family. She took care of all loose ends, kept track of the other realtor to keep the process moving quickly, and kept my loan officer organized. With my busy schedule, she made home buying an easy process. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She is truly a gem, and I would highly recommend her!

Karlene worked tirelessly to get my home sold quickly. Not only was I selling my home while living out-of-state, but I didn’t list it until September. Karlene went above and beyond, calling any clients she knew who might be interested in my home. She held multiple open houses and was in constant contact with me throughout the sale. I always felt like I was her #1 client. She handled everything that needed to be done and helped ease the burden on me of being 4 hours away in Illinois. I know that Karlene went above and beyond to help me obtain the outcome I desired and I can honestly say that she is an outstanding Realtor, who has became an even better friend!
